Construa LLC exists to serve owners, developers, and investors who need experienced, licensed oversight on Florida real estate projects where the cost of getting it wrong is high.
The firm was built on a simple premise: most projects do not fail because the builder was incompetent. They fail because the gaps between planning, permitting, building, and delivering were never properly closed. Someone has to carry the project across those gaps with discipline, transparency, and the authority to act.
That is the mission — to be the principal who carries that responsibility, clearly and accountably, from the first conversation through final delivery.

Protect the owner's outcome
Every engagement is evaluated through one lens: does this decision protect or improve the owner's result? If it does not, it does not belong in the project.
Close the gaps others leave open
The most expensive failures happen in the handoffs — between design and permitting, between permitting and construction, between the plan and the field. We carry the project across every transition.
Say no when the setup is wrong
Not every project should proceed. Not every deal should close. The mission includes the discipline to advise against action when the foundation is not sound.
