Building in South Florida is not building in Central Florida with palm trees. The Miami-Dade and Broward HVHZ wind requirements, NOA-approved product paths, salt-air corrosion design, threshold inspections, and the sheer pace of the permit shops in Miami, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach are a different operating environment. Construa engages South Florida projects with that environment baked into the plan: we coordinate with engineers of record familiar with HVHZ, threshold inspectors who know the local AHJ, and subs whose crews actually pass the first inspection. We work residential renovations and ground-up homes from Coral Gables to Boca, commercial buildouts in Brickell and Las Olas, multifamily and mixed-use phases through Doral, Hollywood, and West Palm, and waterfront projects with the marine-and-flood layers that South Florida construction requires.

The Construa stack on a South Florida engagement: preconstruction with HVHZ-aware estimating, in-house permitting through the local AHJ, supervised execution by a principal-led team, and Daniel Jorge Oliveira (Florida General Contractor) accountable from groundbreak through closeout. We don't pretend Orlando rules apply south of Lake Okeechobee, and we don't sub out the relationship to a local "partner" you've never met.
