From the office at 5749 Westgate Dr #201 we run residential builds in Winter Park and College Park, commercial buildouts in downtown Orlando and along the I-4 corridor, multifamily phases in Kissimmee and Sanford, and mixed-use projects from Lake Mary down to St. Cloud. The team knows the building departments, the inspectors, the timelines, and where the permitting friction tends to live — which is the difference between a project that breaks ground in 8 weeks and one that breaks ground in 18.

Every Central Florida engagement gets the full Construa stack: pre-construction planning, scope and budget control, permits and inspections coordinated in-house, supervised field execution, and a single principal — Daniel Jorge Oliveira — accountable from groundbreak through closeout.
